Hey, if anyone has anymore good ideas to lose weight, post it here. I only have about 4 months to look good.....and I think that won't be enough. I need to start now! More later. Take care. :cry:

Well I think im a little late in giving u this 411,but if u still want it…..Anyways,U need to give your body at least a month to let it realise that your trying to lose weight, so u need to start eating conservatively and exercising on a regular _base_s. Don’t eat to late at night; your last meal should be before 5:00 pm THE LATEST 6:00pm. The best thing to do is cardio because cardio will give u energy, also run and do a lot of stretches, abs workout, squats is the best it burns everything and tightens up very nicely. Afterwards (like after 6-8 months) start lifting some weights because your body will get bored of doing the same thing over and over again, so add a different definition.
