When a guy makes you wait more than 15 minutes, a red flag should go up. It's ok for girls to delay...we have to make sure we look beautiful!

I can't say that I've really had a terrible date, but one particular incident does stick out in my mind. When my sweetie and I first met, we used to just hang out with friends and at school. So we decided that we should go out on a real "date" and do the whole romantic/get to know eachother thing. This guy made me wait FOUR hours. Yes...thats right....FOUR hours.

I was waiting at GSU for him to pick me up. My classes were done for the day...it was cold out...people began leaving campus and it was dark. Of course, while I was waiting I hung out with friends and did homework, but a girl really shouldn't have to wait that long for someone.

I had tried calling him a million times, but he wasn't picking up the phone. I didn't want to just leave because he was very genuine and just didn't seem like the type of guy to leave someone hanging. I was worried and furious all at the same time, and I was feeling pretty foolish for sticking around for him. Just when I decided that I couldn't take it anymore, he showed up.

It turns out, he hadn't slept in almost two days and he was passed out with his phone on silent.

We've been together for over 3 years now, so needless to say, he made up for it. But his crazy sleeping habits have not gotten any better. He still stays up all night and sleeps in during the day. I don't know why I put up with him, but when can i do? Stupid love. :roll:
