Asian Bridal Show 2004: Stuff dreams are made of...
Tuesday, January 20, 2004
Atlanta -- Weddings are enchanting and harmonious. They deliver hearts filled with love and promise a lifetime of beautiful memories. Weddings are also extremely stressful, life altering and expensive. Especially Desi weddings! That is why Exclusive Entertainment and Weddings Instyle have decided to join forces and bring the first ever Asian Bridal Show to the Southeast.

Asian Bridal Show 2004 will be held on January 25th at Renaissance Hotel in downtown Atlanta. The event is completely free for registered brides and grooms to be, and there are exciting door prizes and gifts involved. Every registered bride will also receive an Asian Bridal Show Magazine/Planner. The show will feature many of Atlanta's premium retailers, as well as renowned vendors from all across the nation. Just imagine how much time and travel it will save prospective brides and grooms. In one location, they can meet with vendors for just about every service and compare the services of competitors. Ragini Patel of Weddings Instyle says, "The show will save many brides hours of research."

Over 40 booths are booked by vendors for wedding decorators, caterers, beauticians, DJs, fashion outlets, invitations, photography, videography, mandaps and other wedding essentials. Every vendor at the show has been asked to donate a door prize. Only brides are eligible for prizes and must be present to win!

The mass variety of ideas, mixed with romance and creativity, will be exactly what brides need to make their dreams come true. Balvinder Bhandari of Exclusive Entertainment says, "The show is a milestone for the Atlanta market. Atlanta will now be on the Asian Bridal Market radar screens. You will see more marketing in Atlanta from some of the national vendors for the South Asian Bridal Market!"

Until now, Atlanta has always been five to ten years behind in wedding styles and trends. New York, New Jersey, Canada and the United Kingdom are typically the head honchos of the industry and continue to set wedding trends. However, the South Asian Bridal Show will help the Southeast catch up to the industry leaders, and hopefully bring a new flavor to an immensely growing desi community.

Balvinder and Ragini, founders of the show, hope to make it an annual (or even bi-annual) event. Both are very distinguished in the wedding industry and are expecting phenomenal results for the show. So while planning the most beautiful day of a girl’s life can become a tedious chore, it doesn’t have to be filled with headaches and lists of things to do. After-all, it is a wedding. Let hearts soar and dreams fly.
