We’re in search of trained runway models who are looking for catwalk experience to volunteer their time to participate in a fashion show for the event described below. This is an incredible opportunity to work with 2 of India’s hottest designers, who not only host their own shows but participate in international events including, Italian couture week, alongside design houses like Valentino and Versace.
The Event
The event is a Gala Reception concluding a 2 day conference hosted by a world-renowned non-profit industry organization. The event will take place on Saturday, May 15th between 6-10pm in Santa Clara. As part of the entertainment for the evening, eventilo will be presenting a couture fashion show featuring two of India’s most sought after designers, namely Suneet Varma and Vikram Phadnis.
The scope of the dinner is immense as the audience will be comprised of the “Who’s Who” of the entrepreneurial world as well as people from the fields of media, entertainment and so on. Over 1000 guests are expected including Fortune 500 CEOs as well as corporate leaders based in Silicon Valley and throughout the world.
Qualification
The ideal female model should wear a 4-8 dress size, preferably measuring as follows – (B34, W25, H36) and be 5’7" or taller. The ideal male model should be between 5’8” to 6’3” and of athletic built, between 145-190lbs. Some runway experience or training is imperative. All ethnicities are welcome.
Hours - You will be expected to be present for the following:
- Friday May 14 for fitting and rehearsals - approx. 3hrs
- Saturday May 15 for final rehearsals - approx. 2-3 hrs
- Saturday May 15 fashion show - 3 hours
When and Where – There are 2 opportunities to audition - Saturday, May 1st between 9am-12pm and Wednesday, May 5th between 5:30-7:30pm. Venue for both dates:
